2. Use of Service

NomadNook connects users ("Nomads") with independent workspaces ("Venues"). We act as an intermediary to facilitate bookings but do not own or operate the venues.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

3. Booking & Cancellations

Bookings: All bookings are subject to acceptance by the Venue.

Cancellations: Users can cancel bookings subject to the specific cancellation policy of the venue. Generally, cancellations made 24 hours prior to the booking time are fully refundable.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Respect venue rules and staff
• Not cause damage to venue property
• Keep your account credentials secure

5. Limitation of Liability

NomadNook is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any venue. We do not guarantee the quality or safety of any specific venue.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
